Lockout / Tagout Program
The 
Lockout / Tagout (LOTO) Program is designed to prevent a hazardous release of energy during all servicing, maintenance, and modification of equipment and fixtures that contain hazardous energy. The control of hazardous energy will be accomplished by locking and/or tagging out energy isolation devices and otherwise disabling equipment prior to service or repair.
